Local 2866 is involved with the special Olympics of Arkansas.  We run the stop watches at the finish line at the area games that are held here in Fayetteville at Harmon field.  These games are usually held in April.  We also run the watches at the State games held in Searcy at Harding University. These games are usually held in May.  We have also handed out the medals at the area games.  We have active firemen and we even have retired guys that are still involved with Special Olympics of Arkansas.
